As Head of Corporate Branding and Channel Development, Sam has been taking on the challenge to help reposition and strengthen the long-established brand in line with a new strategic vision and business model. He has guided his team in transforming the company from a diversified, asset-centric conglomerate to a focused, customer-centric leader in global logistics and trade.
For almost two decades, in global, complex and trusted organizations, Sam has been a dedicated brand advocate, guardian, cheerleader and provocateur. He started agency side as part of the global IBM/Ogilvy family before jumping the client fence after moving to Denmark from Australia. He spent 10 years with one of Denmark’s leading engineering and technology companies, strengthening the role of brand and running a global program of B2B campaigns and initiatives to transform and elevate the brand platform.
Based in Copenhagen, he joined Maersk in 2018 with responsibility for both brand management, positioning, as well as leading the content development and channel growth across Maersk’s SoMe channels for their 4million+ followers.
