If you do provide that information through the few forms provided, such as for contacting us, awards program entries, entry fee calculations, or to inquire about membership, it will be used for the purpose noted. We will not share, sell, or lend your information to a third party.

What is Collected and Automatically Stored?

REBRAND.com automatically collects some technical information from you when you visit the site in order to give you the best possible experience. We use Google Analytics to track how visitors interact with REBRAND.com for such general information that includes where they came from, what they did on the site, which pages were viewed, and how much time was spent before leaving the site.

This information is aggregate data, and does not identify you or any other individual personally. That data helps us improve our user interface, track site structure issues problems, provide necessary tools, and improve the effectiveness of the site.

What We Store for Site Pages Visited

Information Collected from Interactive Forms

REBRAND.com provides interactive forms that let you voluntarily submit personal information (such as your e-mail address, name, or organization). This occurs when you register and submit entry information for our REBRAND 100® Global Awards program; submit an entry fee calculation form; registering to receive occasional email updates and newsletters; and sending questions and comments to the REBRAND team; inquiring about membership qualifications; and joining the community of one or both of our membership options. In these cases, all submitted information is used only for the express purposes for which it is provided, and is not made available to any third party.

REBRAND.com will only share information you voluntarily provide with legal authorities if required by law.

Note: We include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email newsletter (on the very rare occasions when we send them), if you choose to unsubscribe from receiving future emails.

Children’s Privacy

Because we care about the safety and privacy of children online, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). COPPA and its accompanying regulations protect the privacy of children using the Internet. REBRAND.com does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. REBRAND.com is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13.

It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under 13. If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will immediately obtain parental consent or otherwise delete the information from our servers. If you want to notify us of our receipt of information by children under 13, please do so by sending an email to us via evolve@rebrand.com. It would help us if you can include the word “Privacy” in the subject of that email.

SSL – Secure Sockets Layer

We have activated SSL on our web server. The description via SSL.com:

This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.

Social Media and Third Party Websites

REBRAND uses some social media tools and websites to interact with its recognized awards winners, clients, prospects, students of our learning programs, members, resource partners, and the general public. Social media websites are used to publicize REBRAND Group programs and services and to engage with members of our program and the public.

REBRAND does not use third party websites to solicit and collect personal information from individuals. Any personal information collected by a third party website will not be transmitted to REBRAND unless required for law enforcement purposes or as otherwise permitted by law.

Our privacy and other web policies do not apply to these third party sites, and we encourage you to read the policies of the third party site when deciding whether to use it.

Links to Other Sites

REBAND.com contains links to websites of other public and private organizations. When you follow a link to another site, you leave the REBRAND.com site and your website interactions are no longer protected by our privacy policy. REBRAND.com is not responsible for, and does not endorse the privacy, security practices, terms of use, and content of sites to which REBRAND.com links.
