The key goal of our rebranding was to create a unique brand philosophy that would showcase them as leaders in business transformation in the digital age. An extensive analysis, brand workshops and employee interviews indicated that Apsolon’s key strengths are profound, thorough, and highly analytical details that create the big picture.
Our new brand story combines two forces:
“We combine the skills of precision and analysis with big picture thinking. Big picture thinking is a comprehensive summarization of all the facts. It helps create the greater image that strengthens the future of the companies we work for.”
The new name Apsolon combines absolute, ion and epsilon Y, evoking the connotations of the absolute picture with detailed insight into the smallest particles. Epsilon is also associated with Generation Y and complete immersion in the digital age. The new slogan “The Measure for Success” emphasizes the leadership role and dedication to the future success of their clients’ businesses.
The visual identity represents Apsolon’s vision, from the smallest detail – small letter a to the big picture – the capital letter A. This is the key message of the new brand. Apsolon’s services cover everything from “A to Absolute”.
Six months after rebranding, Apsolon sealed its position as the leading regional management consulting firm. The brand recognition increased significantly, as did the revenues from digital consulting services for the public sector. The new brand became hot on social media – Facebook reach rose by 284%, LinkedIn engagement rate went up by 405%, and Instagram visits from posts increased by 431%. But most importantly, Apsolon employees developed a strong sense of pride. The modern and exciting brand image attracted a completely new profile of workers – digital natives with the start-up mindset.
